Services. We provide AI consulting and implementation services as described on this site or in a proposal.
Fees & Taxes. Prices are in AUD and may include GST where applicable. An order is accepted when confirmed in writing or we commence work.
Your obligations. Provide timely access to personnel, data and systems needed for delivery.
Intellectual property. Pre-existing IP remains with its owner. Unless agreed otherwise, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for your internal business.
Acceptable use. You must not use our services to break the law, abuse systems, or infringe third-party rights.
Confidentiality. Each party must keep the other's confidential information secret, except as required by law.
Privacy. We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply where required.
Termination. Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days. You’ll pay for work performed to termination.
Governing law. Victoria, Australia.
