Refunds & Cancellations

We honour rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For a major failure, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.
For time-and-materials consulting already delivered, refunds don’t apply except as required by the ACL.
For prepaid fixed-price work not yet performed, you may cancel with 7 days’ notice; we’ll refund the unused portion less non-recoverable third-party costs.
Subscriptions (if offered) renew monthly unless cancelled; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
